Mac Mail (Version 1.3) Email Configuration

YOU MAY PRINT THIS PAGE IF YOU LIKE TO MAKE IT EASIER TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.

STEP 1: Open Mail.

STEP 2: Click on Mail, then click on Preferences

STEP 3: Click the Accounts icon.

STEP 4: You must make changes in this section as follows:

a)Change the Description from @lworld.net to @comline.com

b)Change the E-mail Address from @lworld.net to @comline.com

c)Incoming Mail Server: mail.comline.com

d)Change the User Name from @lworld.net to @comline.com

STEP 5: Click the down arrow for the Outgoing Mail Server SMTP.

STEP 6: Select Edit Server List

STEP 7: Select a server, then click the Remove Server button. Continue until you have removed all the servers. Then click Done.

STEP 8: Click the down arrow for the Outgoing Mail Server SMTP again, this time select Add Server.

STEP 9: You must enter the following in this section:

a)Outgoing Mail server: smtp.comline.com

b)Authentication: Password

c)User Name: enter your comline.com email address

d)Password: enter your password

e)Click OK

STEP 9: Close the Accounts Window. Make sure you click Save when exiting.
